LINDY

LINDY

Here are a couple of shots from our wedding two weeks ago. One of the happy couple! And one of my bridesmaid! Anyway, as my dad and I were waiting to walk down the aisle, Lindy came out of the bushes she was hiding in (still doesn’t like crowds). To everyone’s surprise and delight, she attached herself to my hip and escorted us down the aisle up to Bob and the celebrant. Once there she decided to sit next to the celebrant and witness the ceremony. It was too funny. The video is really sweet. Everyone who was there know’s Lindy’s story so it was really precious.
Enjoy.

WEEVIL

WEEVIL

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your adoption process. Many thanks to Alyce and Marsha for taking the time to make this such an easy transition. Dewey and “Weevil” are playing gently at my feet as I type this. He took to his new crate easily last night and slept through ’til morning. He’s learned the designated “business” area outside and has been waiting until we all go out. Best of all, Dewey seems to genuinely enjoy his company.
Our best,

Jim and Trevor

ABIGAIL

ABIGAIL

Hi All,
Just wanted to drop you a picture of our happy family… Abigail of course, included. Just having her around makes our home that much more joyous. We love her… and we’re pretty sure she loves us too.

MOUSE

MOUSE

Thanks so much for helping me find my little Mouse (Isis)! I love her dearly. She makes me laugh everyday, and most of the time I can’t get over how cute she is. I am now officially one of those dog owners that can’t stop talking about their “babies”.

MILO

MILO

I just wanted to send Marsha a few pics of our little Milo (aka Linus) and let her know he’s doing great. We’re still working on the cat/Milo integration, but we have hope. No matter what, he’s a loveable little guy!

Thanks.

CALI

CALI

Since we adopted Cali (formerly Gala) back in November, she has grown from a shy diamond in the rough into a social and extremely affectionate member of our family. (That’s our siamese mix Woody she’s chilling with in the picture.) We traveled to Seattle for Christmas and she was the model passenger, truly enjoying the airline experience by curling herself up and sleeping in her Sherpa under the seat in front of us. In January, we took her for group training where she got along great with all the other dogs and their owners. Cali trained magnificently! She housebroke in no time and she immediately learned how to perform all the basic commands, along with a few tricks we taught her ourselves. Cali also knows the words “Dog Park” where she loves to cut loose and run with the other four-legged kids. She is honestly the smartest and sweetest dog we’ve ever had - just 14 pounds, but all dog. Thanks so much to GHS for giving us a perfect start and for taking such good care of her before we came along.
