SUSHI

Here are some photos of Sushi (aka Kenzo). He is very happy and has been a very, very good boy. He has a new friend, Beemer, the pug upstairs. He got his first package from Grandma for Halloween, liver snaps.

LIBBY

Hi everyone,
We’re Jan & Kevin Austin and we adopted Libby in July and thought we’d drop a quick note and let you know that she is doing great. She is a wonderful dog and we are very happy to have her as part of our family. She went to the mountains in August on her first backpacking trip and did very well.
She is smart, sweet and loving. Thanks for letting us adopt such a nice dog.

BUBBLES

Dear Alice, Starr and everyone who took care of me until my new people found me,
As you can see I am at my kid Reileys soccer game. It was very cold and Mom used me to keep warm. I was the team mascot because everyone thought I was so good and so cute.
I go to work with Mom and take Reiley to school and back everyday. I also have a college age kid, Lauren who I love very much, too.
Daddy and Mommy take me for long walks everyday in the Back Bay (sometimes more than once) I have made lots of friends and am known all over the neighborhood. I even have two of my own cats to play with when things get dull.
I love to be with my family very much and usually get to go just about everywhere with them that I can come. The nice thing is that even though I wait right by the front door for them to come home I know they will back for me because they love me so very much. They are constantly playing with me and loving me up all the time. I have toys all over the house and am very, very spoiled.
This year I am going to have my picture taken for our Christmas card and you are of course on the list.

KUMBHA

I just wanted to let you guys know that Kumbha (aka Root Beer) is doing wonderfully. He has learned “sit” and “stay” and is loving some quality time at home and on hikes and off-leash parks.

WALTER

Hello fabulous women of Glendale Humane Society!
First of all, we cannot thank you enough for all the terrific work you do at The Glendale Humane Society. I should become your spokesperson! Seriously. Walter (aka Terry) has brought so much love into our home. We had no idea the amount of love we could feel for Walter. We love him like crazy.
He loves the car!! He’s been to Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and Stinson Beach. He absolutely LOVES taking walks on the beach. He LOVES walks, runs, toys, nylabones, treats and bullysticks!!
Alyce, Marsha and everyone else who works at Glendale, you’re all our angel…our dog yenta if you will. Thank you for bringing so much love into our home. Words are not enough for the gratitude we feel.

TOMMY

We adopted our cat Tommy from Glendale Humane Society in May of this year.

Tommy has added a new meaning to our lives with his pleasant temperament and playful nature. We would like to thank the society and his previous owner for taking care of him until we found him.
